Forever Five.
Forever His.
The Forever Five Foundation was founded by Chelle J. — a mother of five — in honor of her son Logan, who went to heaven on June 23rd, 2024. He was five years old.
Logan had cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and HIE. He was nonverbal. He needed everything from his mother every single day. He couldn't say her name but he knew her voice. He couldn't walk but he showed her what strength looks like.
When Logan passed, his mother found herself navigating a grief that was specific and lonely in ways that are hard to explain to anyone who hasn't lived it. She looked for community. She couldn't find it. So she built it.
"His life meant something. And we are going to make sure the world knows it."
Why "Forever Five"
Logan was five years old when he went to heaven on June 23rd, 2024.
His mother will forever have five children — one of whom she carries differently now.
"You are not alone while rebuilding your life."
